SULA MARKET – FROM FARM TO FLAVOR: A NEW DAIRY EXPERIENCE BY TORUS
TORUS was commissioned by SULA, one of Honduras’ leading dairy brands, to reimagine the customer experience and architectural identity of its new retail concept: SULA Market. Designed for its flagship locations in Tegucigalpa and San Pedro Sula, the project merges brand storytelling, sensory design, and food innovation into a cohesive, welcoming environment.
Rooted in a farm-to-table narrative, TORUS developed a spatial and experiential concept that reflects SULA’s full dairy product chain—from origin to consumption. The result is a hybrid between a convenience market, a sit-down dairy café, and a drive-thru, offering a dynamic customer journey through curated product displays, fresh paninis, milkshakes, and other dairy-based menu offerings.
Architecturally, the space draws from the visual language of vintage dairy culture, incorporating natural materials, warm wood textures, black metal detailing, and white-and-black accent walls. Contemporary barn lighting and earthy tones create a refined yet approachable atmosphere that speaks to authenticity, craft, and comfort.
More than a retail point, SULA Market is a branded experience—where architecture, branding, and culinary design come together to reinvent how consumers engage with dairy.
