This office project embodies the highest standards of sustainability and wellness, designed for an international cooperation agency committed to environmental responsibility and human-centered workspaces. The design adheres to rigorous sustainability guidelines, achieving LEED Platinum, EDGE Advanced, and Fitwel certifications, setting a benchmark for green architecture in the region.

The office follows an open-plan concept, fostering collaboration while integrating biophilic design principles to enhance employee well-being. Natural daylighting strategies, optimized ventilation and air filtration, and high-efficiency systems reduce energy consumption, while non-toxic materials ensure a minimal environmental footprint. Smart water management, waterless urinals and low-consumption fixtures, further reinforces the project’s commitment to sustainability.

Beyond technical performance, the design creates a balanced work environment where functionality meets comfort.
